MyNetwork is a facilitated learning network for women leaders in the insurance and financial services industries. We bring together small groups of peers for monthly virtual sessions, professional development, and personalized coaching—all designed to equip, encourage, and empower you at every stage of your career.

How does a MyNetwork group work?
Each group meets virtually each month for interactive sessions focused on learning, challenge rounds, and idea sharing. Every member receives two private coaching sessions per season with their facilitator, and additional coaching packages are available for those who want ongoing support.

How much does it cost to join?
Membership pricing varies based on the coaching package you choose. The standard membership includes two coaching sessions and is $1,775 per season. Discounts are available for Big I state association members. Additional coaching packages can be added at any time.
How do I apply or join?
You can apply directly through our website using the “Apply Now” form. You may also select your preferred coaching package during the application process or purchase additional coaching sessions at any time during the season.
Can I try a session before joining?
