Equipping, Encouraging, and Empowering Women Leaders
MyNetwork began as the brainchild of three trailblazing female leaders who recognized a gap in the professional world—especially within the insurance and financial services industries—where women often found themselves navigating leadership in male-dominated environments. As these women reflected on their own journeys, they discovered a shared passion: to equip, encourage, and empower other women at every stage of their careers.
This passion became our E³ purpose:

MyNetwork began with a simple belief: women grow stronger when they have a trusted place to connect, learn and lead together.
Founder Sara Bradshaw Ray used her nationwide platform as a speaker on women’s leadership to listen closely to professional women. She discovered they wanted more than traditional development opportunities. They were looking for authentic community, meaningful coaching and practical resources created with their experiences in mind.
In 2015, that vision became MyNetwork. Three in-person “tables” brought women together to challenge one another, celebrate progress and grow through interactive sessions grounded in our E³ purpose: Equip, Encourage and Empower.
The following year, interest from women across the country inspired MyNetwork’s first virtual learning networks. Long before virtual connection became commonplace, MyNetwork was creating facilitated online spaces where women could build relationships and strengthen their leadership.
More than a decade later, MyNetwork continues to connect, challenge and champion women throughout the insurance industry.
In 2026, Sara retired and entrusted the next chapter of MyNetwork to Julie Webb and Emma Corcoran. As Co-Leaders, Julie and Emma are committed to honoring the community Sara created while introducing fresh programming, new voices and additional opportunities for meaningful connection.
The leadership may be evolving, but the purpose remains unchanged: creating a place where women feel seen, supported and prepared to lead with confidence.
