Season 11 of MyNetwork invites women to slow down, dig deep, and grow with intention. Through curated small group experiences, personalized coaching, and a rhythm of connection and development, this year-long journey is designed to equip, encourage, and empower women in leadership.

Whether you're clarifying your values, strengthening your mindset, or stepping into your next chapter—you don’t have to grow alone.

🍂 October – Table Session

• Who's in Your Garden? (Cultivate)

We’ll kick off Season 11 with introductions, an overview of what’s ahead, and a rich conversation on building community. Our theme invites us to take inventory of the relationships that surround and support our growth.

Who challenges you, cheers for you, checks in, and helps you bloom? We’ll explore how to cultivate meaningful connections and leverage our inner circles for purpose-fueled leadership.

🌰 November – Table Session

• Seeds of Intention (Cultivate)

This month we turn inward to reflect on the values that shape how we lead. Through a guided exercise, we’ll clarify what matters most—because when we know our values, we can plant them with intention and grow with purpose. This session anchors leadership in alignment rather than obligation.

• Leadership Takes Root (Grow)

Featuring Guest Presenter: Amie Haar

As we close the calendar year, we gather across the network for the much-loved One Word Project. This reflective session helps each woman choose one word to carry into the new year—a word that grounds, guides, and grows with you.

Whether it’s bold, gentle, gritty, or aspirational, your word becomes your compass for purpose-filled leadership in 2026.

🌿 January – Table Session

• Nourish to Flourish (Grow)

Growth isn’t automatic—it’s cultivated. This session is about feeding the soil of your leadership, especially your mindset. We’ll talk about the thoughts and habits that either fuel or stunt growth and explore how a grounded, growth-focused mindset leads to stronger, more confident leadership.

🌱 February – Network-Wide Session

• Strength in the Stem (Grow)

Using the book “The Broken Rung:  When the Career Ladder Breaks for Women – and How they Can Success in Spite of It” as our backdrop, we’ll explore the challenges women face in the early stages of leadership—and the internal strength needed to rise through them.
We’ll reflect on what strengthens our own "stem"—our resilience, confidence, and courage—and how we can support others as they grow.

🌷 March – Table Session

• Bloom with Purpose (Bloom)

You’ve been doing the inner work—planting, growing, stretching—and now it’s time to bloom out loud. This session invites you to explore your leadership visibility: how your strengths are showing up, what ripple effects you’re creating, and how your presence inspires others.

🌸 March 31 – Network-Wide Gathering*

• She’s Making It… So Can You!!

In this candid conversation, Helen will share what it’s taken to lead with resilience and authenticity in a male-dominated industry—and how she’s navigated leadership with grace, boldness, and purpose.

This is our “favorites” session—with a leadership twist. You’ll bring your favorite tools, practices, routines, or mindset shifts that help you lead with clarity and joy. Think of it as a curated toolkit party—share what works for you, and gather new ideas to elevate your leadership flow.

• Harvest Your Growth (Bloom)

As Season 11 comes to a close, we gather to reflect, celebrate, and name what’s been planted, what’s taken root, and what’s still growing. This is a moment to acknowledge progress, highlight personal transformation, and set clear intentions for how your leadership will continue to bloom in the seasons ahead.

These sessions are open to members and guests—designed to offer continued growth, preview the MyNetwork experience, and create meaningful connections in an informal setting. *The first Gathering is included in the active MyNetwork season on March 31st.
