From interactive peer sessions and confidence-building workshops to inspiring guest speakers and network-wide gatherings, this season is designed to help you grow, connect, and celebrate your leadership journey.

2025–2026 Season Overview

October: Equip – The Power of Your Peers

Kick off Season 11 by connecting with your new table and discovering the power of peer support. Through interactive exercises and breakout sessions, you’ll get to know your fellow leaders, define your leadership vision, and set the stage for a year of growth.

 

November: Equip – Essential Skills for Whole Leadership

Dive into the essential skills that drive effective leadership. This session revisits our “Whole Leader” framework—wellbeing, empathy, and organizational focus—while introducing the value of self-awareness through DiSC and Kolbe assessments. Optional network-wide workshops on DiSC and Kolbe Strengths will help you unlock your unique strengths.

 

December: Empower – Through Intention (Network-wide)

Facilitator: Julie Webb | December 9, 2:00 CT/3:00 ET

End the year with purpose by participating in a network-wide session on our signature “One Word Project.” Set your intention for the coming year and empower yourself and your peers to lead with clarity and focus. Also, plan to attend optional small group coffee talks or happy hours for a festive end to 2025!

 

January: Empower – Through Confidence

Small-group sessions will build your confidence as a leader with practical exercises, presentations, and peer coaching. Learn tips for presenting with impact, practice your skills in a supportive environment, and hear from a special guest presentation coach.

 

February: Encourage – Book Discussion: The Art of Gathering (Network-wide)

Facilitators: Julie Webb & Emma Corcoran

In a network-wide session you’ll get to explore the power of meaningful connection and purposeful gatherings in this network-wide book discussion. Share insights and takeaways from Priya Parker’s “The Art of Gathering,” and discover new ways to foster community in your leadership.

 

March: Encourage – Through Examples (Network-wide)

Women’s History Month Special Event:
Join an inspiring conversation with Helen Kasper, COO of Dillingham Insurance, whose career exemplifies resilience and leadership in a male-dominated industry. Learn from her journey, challenges, and the strategies that shaped her success.

Optional Small Group or 1:1 Connection Opportunity:
While March features a dynamic network-wide session in celebration of Women’s History Month, some facilitators may offer an additional small-group session based on availability. For tables not meeting as a group, we encourage members to use this as a “Power Connection” month—a chance to meet 1:1 with their member match-up, using a focused conversation agenda that reflects on leadership lessons from women in history and their own journeys.

 

April: Equip – For Future Success (Network-wide)

The always-popular “My Favorite Things” session returns! Come ready to share and gather favorite tools, books, apps, and strategies that make your leadership more effective, efficient—and enjoyable.

 

May: Celebrate – Achievements & Growth

Small group discussions will be focused on reflected on the season, celebrating wins, and setting intentions for continued growth over the summer. Together, we’ll review our progress and look ahead to the next season of learning and leadership.​​​
