A seasoned MyNetwork veteran, Julie brings decades of experience in the independent agency world to her role as a skilled and gifted group facilitator and coach. Emma channels her passion for empowering women in insurance and fostering business success through innovative team building and design thinking programs. With a progressive 15-year career at Selective Insurance, Emma spearheaded transformative initiatives like the Women's Agency Leadership Initiative and supported agents with DiSC, Kolbe, and Design Thinking programs. Now, with her own consultancy, she brings her expertise to a broader audience, championing dynamic leadership and collaboration.
