Most of us know the foods necessary (or discipline required) for a heart healthy lifestyle, but do you know what's needed for your healthiest leadership life - one that leverages your unique signature voice and maximizes your energy and impact as a leader?  

Learning Rounds are where you'll gather valuable insights and new perspectives to help support a healthy leadership lifestyle.

Learning Round 1 - Your Leadership Blood Type - discovering and defining your best self

In today's organizations the demands of leadership are constantly evolving.  If leaders don't continue to evolve, they fail to be effective because future success is rarely built on the same platform as one's past accomplishments.  People are drawn to and influenced by leaders who communicate authentically, connect easily with people, and have an immediate impact because of their unique and distinctive signature leadership style.  This session will center on and help you begin to discover and define your best self and what truly sets the best leaders apart from the rest.

 

Learning Round 2 - Anti-bodies of Leadership - living with and leading difficult people

Are difficult people threatening the health of your organization and your leadership effectiveness?  While on the surface "anti's" (aka difficult team members) often get characterized in a negative light, in this learning round we'll explore how to engage in a positive way with "anti's" and harvest potential growth opportunities that can lead to long term organizational well-being and your overall leadership health.

Learning Round 3 – The Leadership Vaccine - consistent habits of healthy leaders

Even when you're focused on designing and being your best self, it's still easy to get distracted, even derailed which can impair your overall engagement.  This session will be a fresh perspective on what's necessary to vaccinate your leadership life through new, effective and consistent habits that support the lifestyle of a healthy and impactful leader which ultimately effects your whole organization as an extension of you, it's leader. 

Learning Round 4 - Your Healthy Leadership Lifestyle

Leadership isn't an activity based on your role or the title on your job description, it's a lifestyle.  It permeates everything you do, regardless of the hour or the day.  Sustaining a healthy and impactful leadership lifestyle requires intent and focus.  In this session we'll explore key elements of maintaining a healthy leadership lifestyle.

 

 

Challenge and Sharing Rounds are where you and your fellow networkers are both the healer and the patient.  These are powerful sessions and always a favorite season after season.

BrainTrust sessions are when a topic or issue arises where we call in reinforcements to get a fresh perspective or gather intel on best practices.  Your network facilitator will send out the invite to all the relevant tables in your industry vertical and everyone gets the benefit of the nationwide input.  These are casual, near impromptu meetings that aren’t required, but each always pack a powerful punch of value to those who participate.
